This solution provides a full range of high-precision flexible production lines covering single cylinder to V-type 16 cylinders, supporting customization of integral and split cylinder structures. It adopts a modular design concept, integrates high-precision CNC machining centers, high-dynamic robot collaborative systems and intelligent online detection units, and realizes unmanned production of the entire process of cylinder blocks/cylinder heads from blanks to finished products. The production line is equipped with an adaptive process parameter adjustment system, which is compatible with the processing of multiple materials such as cast iron and aluminum alloys, with a positioning accuracy of ≤0.005mm and a CPK of ≥1.67 for key processes. The MES system is used to achieve full traceability of production data to meet the customized needs of passenger cars, commercial vehicles and special power equipment, support flexible configuration of production capacity of 10-60JPH, and comprehensive OEE ≥85%. The split solution is particularly suitable for large-bore engine maintenance scenarios, significantly reducing the operation and maintenance costs throughout the life cycle.
