This solution is designed for disc, shaft, rod and shell parts, providing a highly flexible automated production line covering the entire process of turning, milling, grinding, drilling and tapping. It adopts a modular layout, integrates multi-axis CNC machine tools, articulated robot clusters and intelligent visual positioning systems, and supports efficient processing of complex parts with a diameter of 5mm to 1500mm and a length of less than 3000mm. The production line has a built-in adaptive cutting parameter library, which is compatible with materials such as aluminum alloy, cast iron, and alloy steel. The key dimensional accuracy reaches IT6 level, the form and position tolerance is ≤0.01mm, and CPK≥1.67. The flexible fixture quick-change system realizes multi-category mixed-line production, and the single-line capacity is adjustable from 15-80JPH. Combined with MES digital control, real-time optimization of process parameters and full-process quality traceability are realized, with a comprehensive OEE≥88%, which helps to efficiently mass-produce passenger cars, commercial vehicles and new energy three-electric components, and reduce the full-cycle cost by more than 30%.
