This solution provides a full range of high-precision flexible production lines covering single cylinder to V-type 16 cylinders, supporting customization of integral and split cylinder structures. It adopts a modular design concept, integrates high-precision CNC machining centers, high-dynamic robot collaborative systems and intelligent online detection units, and realizes unmanned production of the entire process of cylinder blocks/cylinder heads from blanks to finished products.
